You receive your Humber real estate exam result immediately after submitting the exam. Meazure Learning displays your score and pass/fail status on the screen the moment you finish.
The on-screen score is preliminary but reliable. Meazure runs an automatic statistical review for unusual answer patterns (which can indicate a technical issue or attempted fraud), and in rare cases the final result differs slightly. Most students see their on-screen score confirmed in their official transcript.
Official results are posted to your Humber course portal within 1-2 business days. The portal shows your score, the percentile distribution if available, and your status in the course. Once your result is finalized in the portal, you can advance to the next course or — if you failed — schedule your rewrite.
If your result hasn't posted within 3 business days, contact Humber's real estate education support directly. Common causes are technical glitches in the Meazure-to-Humber data transfer or a hold on the result for proctoring review. Hold reviews usually resolve within 5-7 business days.
A passing score releases your access to the next course immediately. A failing score triggers the 30-day mandatory waiting period before you can rewrite. You schedule the rewrite through the same Meazure portal once the waiting period ends.
