How do I book the Humber real estate exam with Meazure?

When you complete the course content in your Humber course portal, a "schedule exam" link appears that takes you directly to the Meazure Learning booking system. Use that link rather than going to Meazure's general site. It carries your Humber credentials and exam type.

In the Meazure portal, choose your exam type, format (online or in-person), date, and time. Online slots are available 7 days a week including evenings; in-person slots match the local testing centre's schedule.

Book at least 5 business days in advance. Last-minute slots fill up fast in popular regions (GTA especially), and same-week booking sometimes adds a rush fee.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the exam at no charge. Within 24 hours, rescheduling is treated as a no-show and the exam fee is forfeited. The mandatory 30-day rewrite waiting period only triggers if you actually fail. No-shows reset to a fresh 30-day clock from the no-show date.

The day of the exam, log in 30 minutes early. Online exams require a system check (camera, microphone, room scan) before the proctor admits you. Late arrival beyond 15 minutes generally results in a forfeited slot.
