How long is the Humber real estate program?

The Humber salesperson program takes 6-24 months. Most students complete it in 9-12 months at 10-15 hours of study per week.

The Humber pre-registration program (Courses 1-5 plus Simulations 1 and 2) is designed to be completed in 9-12 months at a moderate pace, but Humber gives you flexibility on both ends.

The fastest legal completion is roughly 6 months for full-time students studying 30+ hours per week and passing every exam on the first attempt. This requires the self-paced delivery option (not instructor-led, which has cohort-based pacing).

The maximum window is 24 months. Each individual course allows up to 6 months of access from registration, but the program as a whole must be completed within 24 months of starting Course 1. After 24 months, content expires and you must repurchase the affected courses.

The standard pace at 10-15 hours of study per week looks like this: each of Courses 1-4 takes 6-8 weeks; Simulations 1 and 2 each take 2-3 weeks; Course 5 takes 2-4 weeks. That totals 32-44 weeks plus exam scheduling — about 9-11 months.

Failed exams add 30-60 days each. The 30-day mandatory rewrite waiting period plus rescheduling typically pushes a single failed exam to 6-8 weeks of delay before you can move to the next course.
