Yes, the Humber real estate pre-registration program is delivered online for every course. Self-paced and instructor-led versions both exist; both run entirely online with no campus attendance required for course content.
Exams can also be taken remotely. Meazure Learning provides online proctoring where you connect via webcam and screen-share while the proctor monitors your testing session. Online exams have the same questions, format, and time limit as in-person exams. You can also choose to take the exam at a Meazure testing centre if you prefer the in-person environment.
Technical requirements for online exams: a working webcam, a microphone, a stable internet connection (minimum 1 Mbps upload), Chrome or Firefox browser, and a quiet, private testing space free from other people, second monitors, phones, smart speakers, and unauthorized materials.
The proctor will ask you to scan the room before the exam begins. You may not leave the camera frame during the exam — bathroom breaks invalidate the attempt. Plan ahead.
Simulations are also available online with proctoring. The format is identical to course exams — scenario reading and answering through the Meazure interface.
