How many questions are on the Humber real estate exam?

Humber Course 1-4 exams have 100 multiple-choice questions each. Simulation 1 and 2 have ~50 scenario questions each. Broker Qualifying has 100 questions.

Each Humber salesperson course exam (Courses 1, 2, 3, and 4) has 100 multiple-choice questions. The exam is 150 minutes long, which gives you about 90 seconds per question — generous for fact-recall but tight for scenario questions that require multi-step reasoning.

Simulation 1 and Simulation 2 are different. They use scenario-based assessments rather than pure multiple-choice. Each simulation contains roughly 5-8 extended scenarios with about 40-50 sub-questions in total. The format combines multiple choice with short structured responses, and the exam runs 120 minutes.

The Broker Qualifying Exam follows the salesperson course format: 100 multiple-choice questions, 150 minutes, 75% to pass.

The Real Estate Admission Test (REAT), required for entry to the salesperson program, has 50 multiple-choice questions across three sections: math, reading comprehension, and critical thinking. You have 120 minutes for the REAT.

In all cases the pass mark is 75%. Practice with full-length 100-question timed mocks gets your pacing right — students who never time themselves often run out of time on Course 4 (the calculation-heavy one) and lose points on questions they could have answered.
