The honest answer is that Humber does not publish a question count for any exam in the Real Estate Salesperson Program. Any specific number you see quoted online, including on study-guide sites, is not sourced from Humber. What Humber does publish, on its Pre-Registration Learning Path, is the duration and fee of every exam.
There are six invigilated exams. Exam 1 (Course 1) runs two hours. Exams 2, 3 and 4 each run three hours, as do Simulation Exam 1 and Simulation Exam 2. Every one is $120, payable to Meazure Learning, and delivered online with virtual or in-person proctoring. Course 5 has no exam at all.
On the broker side, Humber lists the Broker Final Exam at three hours ($120). The Broker Qualifying Exam that gates entry to the Broker Program is also $120, but Humber publishes no duration or question count for it.
The Real Estate Admission Test (REAT) is the entry assessment for the salesperson program and covers math, reading comprehension, and critical thinking. Confirm its current format directly with Humber, as it is not listed on the Pre-Registration Learning Path alongside the six course exams.
Because the question count is unknown, pace yourself against the clock rather than a per-question target: practise under a two-hour limit for Exam 1 and a three-hour limit for the rest. Students who never time themselves often run out of time on Course 4 (the calculation-heavy one) and lose points on questions they could have answered.
