RECO MyWeb Login: How to Access Your RECO Account

Log in to RECO MyWeb at myweb.reco.on.ca with your RECO registration number and password. MyWeb is for active registrants only — pre-registration applicants use the application portal instead.

What this portal is

RECO MyWeb is the Real Estate Council of Ontario's online portal for registered salespersons, brokers, and brokerages. You use it to renew your registration, update contact information, transfer brokerages, complete required disclosures, and pay annual fees. MyWeb is for already-registered professionals — if you haven't passed Humber and registered yet, you use a separate application portal.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Go to myweb.reco.on.ca

  2. 2

Enter your 7-digit RECO registration number and password

  3. 3

On the dashboard, view your registration status, expiry date, and any outstanding requirements

  4. 4

Click "Renew Registration" 30-60 days before your registration expires

  5. 5

Update brokerage information, address, and contact details from the profile menu

Common problems

I don't know my registration number

Your RECO registration number was emailed to you when RECO approved your initial application. It's a 7-digit number. If you've lost it, contact RECO Registrant Inquiries at 1-800-245-6910 or look in any email correspondence from RECO.

I forgot my password

Click "Forgot Password" on the MyWeb login page. RECO sends a reset link to the primary email on file. If your email has changed, you must call RECO directly to update it before resetting.

My account is locked

After several failed login attempts, MyWeb locks the account for security. The lockout typically clears in 30 minutes. If the issue persists, RECO can manually reset by phone.

I see "registration suspended"

This typically means your annual continuing education hours weren't completed, your registration fee is past due, or RECO has disciplinary action pending. Contact RECO immediately to resolve — practising while suspended is a serious violation.
